    Alternatively, you can opt for a more organic approach, allowing us to uncover and address whatever naturally surfaces during each session.

    • Engage in 6 Face-to-face or Online fortnightly sessions spread over 3 months

    • Coaching tools to help you to change your perspective, mindset and to help you take action needed for change and transformation

  • When faced with a lack of clarity, direction, purpose, or confidence in your life, the repercussions extend beyond just professional realms. It influences your openness to opportunities, career trajectory, promotions, performance, confidence, well-being, wealth, health, time management, energy, freedom, and even personal and professional relationships.

    However, life is too short for mere survival; it can be about thriving. Coaching becomes a transformative ally, helping you overcome limiting beliefs, break through comfort zones, discover a fulfilling career, boost confidence, gain direction, and unleash your full potential.

    • Engage in 12 face-to-face or online fortnightly sessions spanning 6 months

    • Co-create an optional coaching power plan tailored to address your short-term and long-term goals, actions, and needs

    • Alternatively, embrace a more spontaneous approach by bringing whatever feels most relevant to each session

    • Opt for a weekly email check-in for additional support

    • Arrange two optional SOS 15-minute calls

    • Benefit from concise coaching summaries provided after each session to complement and enhance your own notes
